Stonegate Vista Community Partners is a Oakland charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving donor records. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
