Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Oakland, CA)

Greenridge Cross Freight is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for dock schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving dock schedules. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with dock schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
