Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Oakland, CA)

Lumen Granite Water Authority is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for water quality, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving water quality. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
