Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (New Orleans, LA)

Clearpath Junction Manufacturing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving scrap and rework. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
