Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Nashville, TN)

Lumen Umber Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Nashville, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 89 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving field inspections. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
