Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Lumen Loom Staffing and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be schedule tracking. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving candidate screening. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with candidate screening. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
