Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Nashville, TN)

Greenridge Fern Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Nashville. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 827 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving network equipment. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
