Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Minneapolis, MN)

Summit Beacon Medical designs and makes medical devices in Minneapolis. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lots. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
