Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Minneapolis, MN)

Rivermark Oak Freight Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We reward reliability. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving claims. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
