Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Minneapolis, MN)

Nova Clear Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Minneapolis focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 66 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service installations. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
