Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Milwaukee, WI)

Greenridge Sparrow Telecom is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for field visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving field visits. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
