Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Silverline Cobalt Auto Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 323 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving parts orders. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
