Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Milwaukee, WI)

Redstone Ember Auto Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving supplier deliveries. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
