Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Glen Facilities and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be schedule tracking. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving contractor visits. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
