Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Milwaukee, WI)

Stonegate Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Milwaukee with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving fleet maintenance. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
