Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Milwaukee, WI)

Foxglove Union Legal Group provides legal services in Milwaukee across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving document review. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with document review. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
