Cedar Beacon Manufacturing Partners is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for production lines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lines. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
