Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Miami, FL)

Stonegate Cross Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Miami. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving survey data. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
