Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Silverline Yarrow Hospitality and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be schedule tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving guest bookings. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
