Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Miami, FL)

Summit Mill Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Miami. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving family communication. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
