Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Memphis, TN)

Silverline Pine Community Partners is a Memphis charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 106 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving grant reporting. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with grant reporting. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
