Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Louisville, KY)

Clearpath Quill Energy Group supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Louisville. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving usage data. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
