Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Louisville, KY)

Bluepeak Glen Hospitality is a hospitality company in Louisville with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving group events. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with group events. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
