Silverline Basin Inspection Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for certifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 467 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving certifications. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • PMP or CAPM certification.
