Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Louisville, KY)

Ironwood Sable Water Authority Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for treatment plant data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 979 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving treatment plant data. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
