Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Louisville, KY)

Clearpath Summit Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Louisville, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service appointments. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
