Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Little Rock, AR)

Westbrook Hospitality is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for reviews and feedback, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with reviews and feedback. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
