Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Little Rock, AR)

Ironwood Linden Care Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving licensing. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
