Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Little Rock, AR)

Nova Orchard Environmental Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving recycling loads. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
