Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Willow Auto Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving parts orders. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
