Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Las Vegas, NV)

Westbrook Stone Inspection Services is an inspection company in Las Vegas with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
