Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Las Vegas, NV)

Summit Field Community Partners is a Las Vegas charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 148 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving volunteer shifts. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
