Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Knoxville, TN)

Amberfield Mill Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Knoxville. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving collection routes. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
