Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Knoxville, TN)

Northwind Maple Community Partners is a Knoxville charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving volunteer shifts. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
