Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Union Hospitality and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving reviews and feedback. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with reviews and feedback. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
