Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Knoxville, TN)

Harborlight Bridge Telecom Group builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Knoxville area. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving outage reports. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
