Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Knoxville, TN)

Fernwood Rowan Freight is a Knoxville logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. We reward reliability. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with dock schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
