Greenridge Birch Arts Center Partners is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for event logistics, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 904 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving event logistics. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • PMP or CAPM certification.
