Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Knoxville, TN)

Greenridge Umber Facilities Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 56 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving cleaning schedules. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
