Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Kansas City, MO)

Foxglove Vale Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Kansas City. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving repair requests. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
