Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Kansas City, MO)

Summit Iron Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in Kansas City. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinical studies. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
