Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Kansas City, MO)

Lumen Yarrow Hospitality Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for supplier orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving supplier orders. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with supplier orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
