Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Kansas City, MO)

Greenridge Lantern Medical designs and makes medical devices in Kansas City. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 568 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving device records. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
