Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Jacksonville, FL)

Silverline Sable Manufacturing Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for machine downtime, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving machine downtime. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
