Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Jacksonville, FL)

Greenridge Pine Community Partners is a Jacksonville charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving grant reporting. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with grant reporting. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
