Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Jacksonville, FL)

Harborlight Linden Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Jacksonville, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving scheduling. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
