Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Jacksonville, FL)

Nova Keystone Environmental Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service complaints. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with service complaints. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
