Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Loom Auto Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be schedule tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
