Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Jacksonville, FL)

Amberfield Umber Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the Jacksonville area, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving guest bookings. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
