Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Jacksonville, FL)

Westbrook Ember Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Jacksonville plant, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer orders. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
